The app

CASI is a personal money tracker. It is not a bank, advisor, or tax service. Figures in the app are for your own records. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any decisions you make with that information.

You need a compatible iPhone and the current iOS version we support. Features can change. Experimental tools (when shown in TestFlight Lab) may break or be removed.

Accounts

You can use most of the app without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, keep those credentials secure. You must be able to enter a binding contract (usually 18 or older, or with a parent/guardian’s consent where required).

Casi Pro

Paid features (including extra wallets and budget modes beyond Spending) are sold as Casi Pro. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unused time in a period is not refunded except where Apple’s rules require it.

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Founder pricing, if offered, is limited and can end without notice.

Restore Purchases re-links an existing Apple purchase to this device. We do not provide an alternative payment method in the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app or site, attempt to disrupt our services, reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law, or submit false information through the waitlist. Don’t use CASI for anything illegal.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a release date. Platform availability (Apple or Android) may change. You can ask us to remove your email at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect. Ledger data stays on your device in this release unless you export it.

Disclaimer

The app, site, and waitlist are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ziteox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of CASI. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you use only the free app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes to auto-renewing subscriptions follow App Store rules.
